Chit brings signficant exepreince leading ecommerce growth with tenure at Fortune 500's, scales-up, start-ups, finance and private equity. Most recently, as Global GM at Reckitt where Chit owned the global P&L for all of their Direct to Consumer (DTC) ecommerce. Prior to that, Chit led Ecommerce & DTC at Unilever and on was on the board for Unilevers Prestige Personal Care portfolio. previously he was MD of Inginuity at The Hut Group, one of UK's fastest growing ecommerce business and scaled growth at Groupon. He started his career in finance at Goldman Sachs International.

Chits holds 2 Engineering degrees including a Masters and a postgraduate in Law. His broad background gives him a unique perpective on leading and scaling gloabl growth with ecommerce and FMCG's for Komerz.
